There are so many other beverages out there that call for this amazing spice and everything nice. I’ll bet you could even come up with your own turmeric recipe if you’re into cooking, juicing and being creative.

I have listed some of the recipes that I used over the years. My favorite is the turmeric apple cider vinegar shot. It really helps me wake up in the morning.
Turmeric Apple Cider Vinegar Shot
This beverage is best enjoyed as a shot taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. The apple cider vinegar will aid in digestion while introducing good bacteria to your gut for optimal performance.
Turmeric spice helps fight off inflammation in the body and when it is combined with apple cider vinegar it will wash away parasites in the body as well. Turmeric can also act as an antiseptic when combined with cayenne pepper.
It’s best to drink this batch within the next five days after you’ve made it. This is the best way to really get the maximum effects from this awesome beverage. You’ll be amazed at how much better you’ll feel in the morning after drinking a shot of this powerful mixture. You might not even need your morning cup of coffee
Here We Go
Begin by heating filtered water in a saucepan over medium heat
Stir in 1/4 cup of raw honey until dissolved
Turn off the stove and let simmer
Grab a bowl and pour the following ingredients in it
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup raw apple cider vinegar
Pour bowl ingredients into the saucepan and stir thoroughly
Next, pour mixture into a pitcher and chill

Nonetheless, This is a tea to sip and enjoy as the cayenne pepper gives it a little kick and opens up your sinuses. Ginger will soothe your throat and stomach. It’s also considered a natural pain and fever reducer.
Start by boiling a kettle of water on the stove while preparing ingredients below
- 1 peeled orange
- 1 peeled lemon
- ¼ cup fresh chopped ginger or 1 tbsp dried
- ¼ cup fresh chopped turmeric or 1 tbsp dried
Pour ingredients in juicer or blender with ½ cup of water and blend until completely mixed
After blending, pour 1 ounce of concentrated blend into a glass and mix with one cup of boiling water
Stir in 1 teaspoon of honey, sip slowly and enjoy throughout the day
The Golden Latte
Ah Yes! The Golden Latte! Just the name alone got my attention when I read about this awesome coffee drink online. As a big coffee drinker myself I knew I had to eventually try this golden latte. It has all my favorite ingredients. I mean check it out! How can you go wrong with ginger, cinnamon, honey, coconut oil, and almond milk? some people don’t like the coconut oil, but personally, I like that it makes the coffee thick and creamy. I also prefer to use a mixture of coconut milk and almond milk. This makes the coffee even more creamier. You can serve golden lattes hot or cold.
I must point out however, There are different variations of this drink so if your serious about trying the golden latte do some online research and then you can decide what recipe you like best. The recipe I use here is a quick and simple mix perfect for when you’re on the go as I always seem to be. It’s definitely a great pick me up drink, fully loaded with nutrients and dairy-free. It’s just a great alternative to your basic cup of coffee.
Let’s Get Started
Start by heating 1/2 cup of almond milk in a small pot
then pour the following ingredients into the pot
- 1/2 cup coffee
- 1/2 cup full-fat milk
- 3/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch of black pepper
whisk thoroughly and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Let sit for five minutes

finally, fill up your coffee cup and enjoy!
